By booking a service or paying an invoice, you agree to this policy.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Consulting and Training Services<\/h3>\n<p>Each service engagement is governed by the written proposal or invoice issued to you, which specifies the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fees. That agreement takes precedence over this general policy in case of any conflict. The provisions below apply to the extent the engagement agreement does not expressly provide otherwise.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Cancellation of Appointments and Consultations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Individual consultations and coaching sessions<\/strong> \u2014 may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if you notify me at least <strong>24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled time by email (<a href=\"mailto:hi@mzabed.com\">hi@mzabed.com<\/a>) or WhatsApp (<a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/201030050578\">+20 103 005 0578<\/a>). Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours&#8217; notice may be charged at <strong>50%<\/strong> of the session fee. Sessions cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, or not attended without prior notice, are charged in full.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workshops, webinars, and group programs<\/strong> \u2014 cancellation requests are accepted up to <strong>7 days<\/strong> before the event date for a full refund (minus any non-refundable platform or payment-processing fees). Later cancellations are refunded at <strong>50%<\/strong> if a replacement participant can be confirmed, otherwise they are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Cancellation of Service Engagements<\/h3>\n<p>Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the termination clause of the applicable agreement. Typically, engagements can be terminated with <strong>14 days&#8217; written notice<\/strong>. Upon termination:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fees already paid for services not yet delivered are refunded on a pro-rata basis.<\/li>\n<li>Services already delivered, and work performed up to the termination date, are charged in full.<\/li>\n<li>Reimbursements are calculated based on the fee structure of the original proposal, not on hourly rates, unless the engagement was expressly contracted on an hourly basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Refund Requests<\/h3>\n<p>All refund requests must be submitted in writing to <a href=\"mailto:hi@mzabed.com\">hi@mzabed.com<\/a> and must include the invoice number and the reason for the request. Refund requests are assessed individually, and I will respond within <strong>7 business days<\/strong>. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within <strong>14 business days<\/strong> of approval. Original payment-processor and bank transfer fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Non-Refundable Items<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Services that have already been delivered in full, including completed consultations, sessions held, and work products already handed over.<\/li>\n<li>Down payments or deposits expressly designated as non-refundable in the proposal or invoice.<\/li>\n<li>Sessions missed without prior notice, or cancelled with less than 2 hours&#8217; notice.<\/li>\n<li>Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. advertising budgets, software subscriptions, platform fees, or licenses purchased at your request).<\/li>\n<li>Custom-made or partially delivered materials where substantial work has been completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Defective or Non-Conforming Services<\/h3>\n<p>If you believe the delivered service materially deviates from what was agreed in the proposal, you may request a remedy by contacting me in writing within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving the deliverable. I will first offer to correct or re-perform the affected work at no additional cost. If correction is not possible or is not completed within a reasonable time, a proportional refund of the fees attributable to the affected deliverable may be issued. Requests submitted after 7 days are considered accepted-delivery and are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Digital Products and Downloads<\/h3>\n<p>Due to the nature of digital products (templates, guides, recorded sessions, and downloadable materials), and because these are accessible immediately upon purchase, they are generally <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once the download link has been used or the file has been delivered. If a digital product is defective or cannot be accessed as described, please contact me within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of purchase and I will provide a working replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Chargebacks<\/h3>\n<p>Please contact me directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks filed without first seeking a resolution here may delay or prevent the processing of your refund, and a chargeback filed in bad faith after services have been delivered may be contested with evidence of delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Changes to This Policy<\/h3>\n<p>I reserve the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time your booking or payment is made.<\/p>\n<h3>10.
