Fees for services are those stated in the individual proposal or invoice issued to you. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before the commencement of the service, or on the dates specified in the invoice. Payments are processed through the payment methods indicated on the invoice. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, are borne by the client. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
To allow me to deliver the services effectively, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, to make available any materials or access reasonably required, and to respond to communications in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the agreed timeline and are not grounds for a refund or compensation.
7. Intellectual Property
All deliverables provided to you — including strategies, plans, documents, and creative materials — remain my intellectual property, or are licensed to you, as specified in the applicable agreement. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute any deliverable without my written consent. Where third-party materials are incorporated into a deliverable, your use of them remains subject to the respective third-party license terms.
8. Testimonials and Portfolio
Unless you explicitly object in writing, I may reference the services I provided to you and include them, in anonymized or named form, in my portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, in accordance with applicable data-protection regulations and the سياسة الخصوصية.
